Refund Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

Empower Bridge Care, LLC is committed to transparent billing and fair resolution of payment concerns. This policy explains how requests for refunds or billing corrections are handled.

ODP-funded services

Home and Community Habilitation, Companion Services, and Employment Services may be provided through applicable Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) funding and authorizations. Payments, billing corrections, and adjustments for publicly funded services are governed by applicable program requirements, payer rules, and authorizations. This website does not establish a right to a cash refund of publicly funded services. Individuals and families should not be charged for covered services unless a charge is legally permitted and disclosed in advance.

Private-pay arrangements, if offered

If Empower Bridge Care separately agrees to provide a lawful private-pay service, any rates, cancellation terms, and refund conditions will be provided in writing before payment is accepted. This website does not currently accept online payments or establish private-pay service terms.

Incorrect charges and overpayments

If you believe you were billed incorrectly or paid an amount in error, contact us with the date, amount, and general description of the concern. Please do not send bank account numbers, Social Security numbers, or confidential health information by ordinary email. We will review the concern and process any correction or refund owed under the applicable agreement and law, using an appropriate payment method.

Services not provided

Charges for services that were not delivered will be reviewed and corrected in accordance with applicable payer rules and agreements. We do not guarantee a particular refund amount or timeline before reviewing the circumstances.

How to request a review

Contact Empower Bridge Care, LLC at empowerbridgecare@gmail.com · info@empowerbridgecare.com or call 484-589-5566. Location: Chester, Pennsylvania 19013. We may ask for additional non-sensitive information to locate the transaction and determine the appropriate resolution.

Policy updates

This policy may be revised to reflect changes in services, payer requirements, or applicable law. If a written service agreement or governing payer rule conflicts with this general website policy, the applicable agreement or rule controls to the extent permitted by law.

This is a general website policy draft and should be reviewed for consistency with actual billing practices, contracts, and ODP requirements before publication.
